Credit Card Payments

These Terms apply to all users (hereinafter referred to as "you") who use Visa or Mastercard (collectively, "Credit Cards") to pay through the GlobalPay website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Please read these Terms carefully before using a credit card to pay. By submitting a credit card payment order through this Website, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to abide by all of these Terms.

I. Payment Eligibility and Eligibility

1. Application

This Website accepts Visa and Mastercard cards for payment of all orders for goods or services displayed on this Website (including physical goods purchases, virtual service subscriptions, etc., as specified on the order page). Credit cards are not currently accepted for top-ups to Website account balances or as security deposits.

2. User Eligibility

If you use a credit card to pay, you must ensure that the credit card you hold is legally yours and is valid and in good condition (not frozen, reported lost, expired, etc.). If you make a payment on behalf of another person, you must have the express authorization of the cardholder and assume full responsibility for any payment actions and consequences.

3. Regional Restrictions

This website's credit card payment service covers most countries and regions worldwide (excluding regions subject to international sanctions or where cross-border credit card payments are prohibited by law or regulations). You can check for availability by selecting the delivery address or service region on the order page. If your credit card issuer's region and the region where your order is served have payment restrictions, this website will prompt you during the payment process and require you to use another payment method.

II. Payment Process and Verification Rules

1. Payment Procedure

  1. After confirming your order information on this website, select "Credit Card Payment (Visa/Mastercard)".
  2. Redirect to the website's encrypted payment page and follow the prompts to enter your credit card information (including card number, cardholder name, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2 security code; some Visa cards require an additional billing address).
  3. After submitting your payment request, the system will connect with the credit card issuer and international card associations (Visa/Mastercard) to complete identity verification and fund deduction.
  4. Upon successful payment, this website will instantly generate a payment receipt, which you can view in "Personal Center - Order Details." The system will also send a payment success notification to the phone number or email address you have provided.

2. Security Verification Requirements

To ensure payment security, according to Visa's "3D Secure" and Mastercard's "SecureCode" protocols, some payment scenarios require a second verification step.

  1. You must follow the prompts to enter the SMS verification code or dynamic password sent by your card issuer, or complete biometric verification (fingerprint, facial recognition) through the card issuer's app.
  2. If you have not activated online credit card payment verification, you must contact your card issuer to activate it first; otherwise, your payment may fail.
  3. If your payment fails due to a verification timeout or incorrect information, you can retry the payment or contact our customer service for assistance in troubleshooting.

3. Payment Limits

The single and daily payment limits for credit cards on our website are determined based on your account level, order type, and the issuing bank's regulations (specific limits can be found on the payment page). If your order amount exceeds the single payment limit, you may pay in multiple installments (ensuring that each payment corresponds to a separate order), or contact our customer service for a temporary limit adjustment (providing proof of a valid order and identification information is required).

III. Payment Fees and Currency Settlement

1. Fees

Payments made via Visa or Mastercard on this website do not incur any additional fees (such as payment service fees or cross-border transaction fees). The order amount is the full payment due. If your credit card is denominated in a currency other than the one used by this website (the default currency is US dollars, with local currencies supported in some regions), your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee (typically 1%-3% of the transaction amount). This fee is your responsibility. Please contact your credit card issuer for details.

2. Currency Selection

During payment, you will be prompted to select a currency (e.g., US dollars, euros, pounds, etc., depending on the region where your order is placed) to convert the order amount to your selected currency. The system will convert the order amount to your selected currency using the website's real-time exchange rate (based on international foreign exchange market rates, excluding fees). After currency conversion, the credit card bill will be based on the currency and amount actually debited by the card issuer. This website is not responsible for any minor discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Tax and Fee Information

If the goods or services you purchase are subject to taxes (such as import duties, VAT, or consumption tax), these taxes are included in the order amount and will be deducted from the credit card payment. For orders in certain regions, local tax authorities may levy additional taxes after payment. You must pay these taxes accordingly. This website does not collect or pay these taxes on your behalf, nor is it responsible for these taxes.

IV. Refund Rules and Funds Arrival

1. Refund Scenario

You may apply for a credit card refund for orders that meet the following conditions:

  1. You submit your request within the return/refund period specified by this website (e.g., 30 days for all-reason returns for physical goods and refunds for unused virtual services), and the request is approved by this website.
  2. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to this website (e.g., product out-of-stock, service interruption), this website will proactively process a refund.
  3. If a credit card payment system malfunction results in duplicate or erroneous charges, this website will prioritize refunds after verification.

2. Refund Process and Timeframe

  1. Submit a refund request through "Order Details - Request Refund" and select "Original Refund (Credit Card)."
  2. After this website reviews and approves your request (usually within 1-3 business days), we will submit the refund instructions to the credit card issuer and international card network.
  3. Refund funds will be credited to your credit card issuer, typically within 3-7 business days for Visa card refunds and 5-10 business days for Mastercard card refunds.
  4. After your refund is credited, you can check it on your credit card statement or the issuing bank's app. This website will also send you a notification of receipt.

3. Refund Amount and Fee Processing

  1. The refund amount will be the same as the original payment amount. If the original payment involved currency conversion, the refund will be converted to the original payment currency based on the exchange rate on the day of the refund. There may be a slight exchange rate difference, which will be borne by this website.
  2. If your card issuer charged a currency conversion fee, this website will assist you in requesting a refund from the card issuer during the refund process. However, the final refund is subject to the card issuer's policies and this website does not guarantee this.
  3. If the refund is due to personal reasons (such as order cancellation or product refusal), if this website has borne cross-border logistics fees, customs clearance fees, etc., these fees will be deducted from the refund amount before the remaining amount is refunded.

V. Payment Security and Division of Responsibilities

1. This website's security obligations

  1. This website uses SSL 256-bit encryption technology to protect credit card payment information, ensuring that your card number, security code, and other information are not leaked or tampered with during transmission.
  2. The payment page is connected to a secure payment system certified by international card organizations (Visa/Mastercard). We regularly conduct security vulnerability testing and risk assessments to prevent payment fraud.
  3. Internal access to credit card information is strictly restricted, with only necessary personnel authorized to handle payment-related transactions within compliant procedures. All operations are logged and traceable.

2. User Security Obligations

  1. You must properly safeguard your credit card information. You must not disclose sensitive information such as your card number, security code, or verification code to others, and you must not give your credit card to others for payment (unless authorized).
  2. When using public devices (such as computers at internet cafes) to make payments, you must promptly log out of your account and clear your browser cache after completing the payment.
  3. If you discover that your credit card has been used fraudulently or your payment information has been leaked, you must immediately contact the issuing bank to freeze the card and notify this website to freeze the related orders to prevent further losses.
  4. You are solely responsible for any payment risks (such as fraudulent transactions or incorrect payments) caused by improper storage, information leaks, or operational errors.

3. Liability Division

  1. If your credit card information is leaked or your funds are lost due to a malfunction in this website's payment system or the failure of information encryption, this website will bear full liability for compensation (including direct losses and reasonable legal costs).
  2. If payment failures or delayed funds are caused by a malfunction in the credit card issuing bank's system, abnormal verification mechanisms, or network outages at international card organizations, this website will assist you in communicating with the relevant parties, but will not bear direct liability for compensation.
  3. If payment service is interrupted due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, network outages) or malicious third-party attacks (such as hacker intrusions), this website will promptly announce the situation and restore service after the malfunction is resolved. This website will not be responsible for any indirect losses (such as liquidated damages for order delays) incurred.

VI. Terms Amendment and Dispute Resolution

1. Term Amendment Rules

This website reserves the right to amend these Terms based on changes in laws and regulations, adjustments to international card organizations (Visa/Mastercard) policies, or business needs. The amended Terms will be posted on the "Help Center - Payment Terms" page of this website and will take effect if no objection is raised within 7 calendar days of posting. Your continued use of the credit card payment service will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with the amended terms, you may cease using this website's credit card payment service.

2. Dispute Resolution

  1. Any dispute between you and this website regarding credit card payment services will be resolved through friendly negotiation (please contact our customer service hotline or email service@payworldcard.com).
  2. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal action in the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where this website is registered (if you are a foreign user, you may choose to submit the dispute to an international commercial arbitration institution in accordance with its prevailing arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be New York, USA, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties).

3. Other Terms

Matters not covered by these Terms shall be subject to the GlobalPay Website User Service Agreement, the GlobalPay Website Order Rules, and the relevant regulations of international card associations (Visa/Mastercard). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the aforementioned documents, these Terms shall prevail (but shall not violate mandatory provisions of laws and regulations).
